Day Two

Welp...

I feel like lately my life has had more constant encounters with bike riding. That and a cornucopia of other things like talking to college mentors, snatching moments of air conditioning, and eating at odd times of the day.

I have been randomly borrowing bikes that my coworkers have up at camp and this has caused me to bike a fair amount each day. And to be honest: I had forgotten how MUCH I enjoy riding bikes. There has been something so relaxing and enjoyable about reconnecting with this childhood love of mine. It is good to get outside, pedal around, and take in the day. All's to say, biking has been a welcome addition as of late.

In other news, I'd like to inform everyone that we are officially on DOG WATCH 2009. That's right. This means that as I speak, there is a little brownish/black puppy in the living room that is hanging out at the house this week. I don't know if we'll keep her, but it is kinda fun having a little dog running around. She's got the sweetest temperament and, as of now, isn't making a peep...
